→ Skills & Experience Required :
- An ability to communicate style and tone to successfully convey messages and objectives to diverse audiences
- High awareness of the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the business, with a strong ability to create connections with a diverse group of people.
- Proven ability hosting and coordinating captivating virtual events that engage, connect and inspire!
- Experience with GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendars) and using slack.

- You’ll support on establishing an internal communications strategy to ensure people are receiving the right context at the right time to so that Certonians can make informed decisions
- You will be responsible for creating and implementing multiple forms of communication activities and programs throughout Certn to ensure our Certonians are informed, engaged and empowered
- You’ll be responsible for leading our internal communication channels with support from the P&C team
